Once the facility contract is signed, AetherQuest Solutions, Inc. works closely with the venue's Convention Services Manager to:
- Communicate event requirements and planning progress to the venue.
- Arrange pre- and post-event meetings with venue contacts to ensure that all parties are aware of established requirements and expected deliverables.
- Draft, confirm, and coordinate comprehensive Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Ensure meeting space set-up has the best possible layout for proper room capacity and ideal equipment placement.
